I Have been delighted in particular with the Ryan Ochipa Agency In Ormond Beach, Florida, which has demonstrated with all of my policies to be very different than other agencies. They let you know when you have upcoming payments. They call intermittently just to ask if there’s anything I have concerns about on renewals. They also called me recently to ask if I needed any assistance with any part of my policies. In particular, a young lady by the name of Riyahana called me just recently. She asked me if I had any concerns with the renewals that were upcoming and I told her I would like to re-evaluate my second small car policy cost because it was several hundred dollars higher than a much more expensive car. She said to me I will conduct some research, ask some questions in my office and call you back with some possible suggestions. In the busy world of insurances, especially in Florida, I did not expect a return call and just wrote it off as another ‘Goodwill’ gesture from an agency, but doubted if there would be follow through. It’s just the way insurance companies have been over my last 55 years dealing with many different companies. To my surprise and more-so excited to know that I mattered & I’m protected by a great agency with people who care. Riyahana offered me other possibilities to reduce the cost of the coverage.
